The Community

The Shelter Group is excited about the opportunity to manage the lovely community at Mill Pond Village. "We are fully loaded with amenities," stated The Shelter Group. Mill Pond Village offers so much for any resident, and all these extras are included in the rental fee. In keeping with forest preservation, the community offers a walking and jogging path around the property. In addition to an outdoor pool and hot tub area, there are tennis courts as well as a fully equipped fitness center. This center is located in the clubhouse and includes a room with a fireplace and big screen television. This area is available for residents to use for business meetings and small get-togethers during office hours.

In still another part of this clubhouse is a business center complete with two personal computers and Internet access. A fax machine, printer, and copier complete with efficient work area for anyone seeking to catch up with business away from the office.
